Below are the most frequently asked questions that our agents often encounter when working with us.

How many up front fees are there when the property has an HOA?

It all depends on how many associations. Typically there are two up front fees per HOA. One for the HOA Resale Package and one for the HOA demand statement. Each fee typically run between $150-$250.

What is the final inspection fee referring to in the HOA portion of the RPA? 

This is a fee that some HOA's charge. It is a final inspection that is done of the outside of the property to be sure all existing fines have been cured and that there are not any new violations/fines prior to COE.

Will A2Z input listings to MLS?

Yes we will start the input and save for your review. There will be fields left for you to complete as we have never seen the property. 


Will A2Z draft Residential Purchase Agreements? 

No, unfortunately not. This is the one document we can not draft as there is too much liability.

What home warranty company would you suggest our clients use? 

We have a list of vendors that you can provide to your clients to allow them to research and select. We will happily order it for your client once we have that information.
