how much do you charge per file?

We firmly believe in providing our clients with the highest level of service that is both cost-effective and transparent. Our services are a flat rate of $350.00 per closed file, with no up-front or cancellation fees. This straightforward pricing ensures that you know exactly what to expect, eliminating any surprises along the way. We also offer referral and rental services for a smaller fee.

Will I have a dedicated TC from the team?

Amy is the lead on all transactions. She is responsible for assigning all transaction tasks to various team members and remains consistently involved in all of the transactions.

How do I pay A2Z Transactions?

You have the option to conveniently make your payment online through Quickbooks following the closure of the transaction. Alternatively, if it aligns with your company's policies, we can also send an invoice directly to escrow for processing.

Will A2Z Transactions talk to my clients for me?

No, we do not engage in direct communication with clients, as our primary focus lies in providing steadfast support to you in your capacity as an agent.

Will a2z transactions order home inspections?

We can certainly order the inspection we have specific dates and times that everyone is aiming for and if we know the name of the inspection company that will be involved. This information is crucial to ensure that we can coordinate all the necessary logistics effectively.
